We warrant that our tubes are first quality and free of defect in workmanship and material. We do not warrant our tubes against the following:
(1) Damage due to accident, fire or road hazard.
(2) Misapplicaton such as a used tube in a new tire.
(3) Abuse such as mounting and demounting damage.
